L'objectif principal du projet est de faire progresser <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Technologie HTL<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> en \u00e9valuant de mani\u00e8re approfondie la faisabilit\u00e9 technique et \u00e9conomique de la transformation des boues d'\u00e9puration en biobrut \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de d\u00e9monstration. L'installation devrait fonctionner pendant un an afin d'\u00e9valuer sa viabilit\u00e9 dans le cadre d'une STEP et d'\u00e9tudier les caract\u00e9ristiques du flux de produits\/d\u00e9chets en fonction de diff\u00e9rents ratios de boues \u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les travaux pr\u00e9vus dans le cadre de ce contrat sont les suivants<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-tw-arrow\">\n<li>Installation de la station de d\u00e9monstration HTL, comprenant \u00e0 la fois des \u00e9quipements fournis par le contractant et des \u00e9quipements fournis par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Il s'agit d'installer des \u00e9quipements cl\u00e9s tels que des r\u00e9servoirs (r\u00e9servoirs de stockage des effluents, r\u00e9servoirs de stockage du biobrut \u00e0 double paroi et r\u00e9servoir de stockage des boues avec m\u00e9langeur vertical), diverses pompes (pompes de puisard, pompes centrifuges pour le d\u00e9chargement des effluents et pompes \u00e0 cavit\u00e9 progressive), une centrifugeuse conteneuris\u00e9e pour la d\u00e9shydratation des boues, un compresseur d'air et un syst\u00e8me conditionn\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le des odeurs. L'acier de construction pour les composants tels que les supports de tuyaux est \u00e9galement inclus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation de la tuyauterie de traitement et de chantier, de l'instrumentation, des contr\u00f4les, d'une remorque de distribution d'\u00e9nergie, d'une remorque de contr\u00f4le et d'autres composants associ\u00e9s. Les raccordements de la tuyauterie \u00e0 l'infrastructure existante de la station d'\u00e9puration constituent une partie essentielle du travail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9alisation des raccordements \u00e0 l'infrastructure existante de la station d'\u00e9puration. Cela n\u00e9cessite une m\u00e9thodologie sp\u00e9cifique pour maintenir le fonctionnement ininterrompu de la STEP et prot\u00e9ger l'infrastructure existante, en coordination avec le personnel d'exploitation de l'AIWWTP, l'ing\u00e9nieur du ma\u00eetre d'ouvrage et le personnel de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s avoir nettoy\u00e9 l'eau, une mati\u00e8re organique riche en nutriments appel\u00e9e&nbsp;<strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">biosolides&nbsp;<\/mark><\/em><\/strong>reste. Bien que ces biosolides soient souvent utilis\u00e9s comme engrais, la gestion des grandes quantit\u00e9s produites constitue un d\u00e9fi croissant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette situation, Metro Vancouver lance un projet pilote novateur \u00e0 la station d'\u00e9puration d'Annacis Island. Ce projet utilise un processus innovant pour transformer ces biosolides en un biocarburant durable et \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-hydrothermal-liquefaction\">Qu'est-ce que la liqu\u00e9faction hydrothermale ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La technologie qui sous-tend ce projet est appel\u00e9e&nbsp;<em><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Liqu\u00e9faction hydrothermale (HTL)<\/mark><\/strong><\/em>.
